Pastor Kohl leads us through Pauls discussion of spiritual gifts in Romans 12. Spiritual gifts are an interesting topic in the Christian World today. Pastor Kohl highlights how gifts are for sharing with others. However, gifts can be deceiving. Satan can simulate many of the gifts God uses. Thus we must build our lives on truth, and not the flash in the pan of gifts like speaking in tongues.
This is a great sermon if you want a balanced understanding of spiritual gifts and particularly the gift of speaking in tongues.

In this sermon, Pastor Kohl continues diving into Romans 12:2, where Paul says "do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." What does "prove the good and acceptable and perfect will of God" mean? What is the purpose of a Christian's life?
