That They may be One; John 17:11

In this sermon, Pastor Kohl speaks on John 17:11. Where Jesus prays; "...Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are." What does Jesus mean when He asks the Father to make His people one?  We are not just individually, the bride or body of Christ, but the whole community of true believers are. What does this look like in our lives?
