Complete Atonement; Romans 10:16-11:7

In this sermon, Pastor Kohl continues his series on Romans. In Romans 10-11, Paul had just stated that Faith comes by hearing, but that inevitability raises the question what about those who don't respond despite hearing? Is God's plan foiled? What does Christ's death actually accomplish? Does it just open up a pathway that man must walk through to be reconciled to God? Or does His death save completely the ones who it is meant to save? What does the scripture say?
